We offer two main services:

1. Providing reliable legal information.

2. Support to help British Columbians navigate their legal needs, effectively and with dignity​.

Important Information

• All of our services are free.

• We do not offer drop-in services. You must make an appointment, unless you are an Indigenous person.

• We serve from January to November.

• There is no limit to how many times you can return.

• We do not ask about your income.

• We do not provide legal advice on anything other than what is needed to complete legal forms.

• A lawyer supervises the work of the volunteers.

• Everything we discuss and do for you is confidential.
